This Saturday's hike took us to Silver Falls State Park, 26 miles east of Salem, OR. It was a perfect day for the hike: the day was warm and sunny, lots of wildflowers were in bloom, and we got there early enough so the sunshine didn't wipe out any opportunity to photograph the waterfalls.
